  • Ohio Credit Union Foundation Video Scholarship- Tell your story.  Win a $5,000 scholarship.  Create a 60 second to 2.5 minute video advertisement answering the question:  "How financially savvy are you?"  Go to www.OhioCreditUnionFoundation.org.  Deadline to apply Thursday, April 26, 2012.
  • Trumbull County Federation of Women's Clubs Scholarship -This scholarship is a one-time non-renewable $500 scholarship.  Criteria for this scholarship includes:  applicant's financial need; scholarship, character and his/her attainment of a GPA of 2.5 or greater.  Applications are available in the Guidance area.  Applications must be received by May 1, 2012.
  • Love Charity Alms, Inc. "Martha J. Hill" 2012 Scholarship - Martha Jean Hill was a devoted Christian and she instilled the value of Service into her children.  She was inspired by God to create Love Charity Alms, Inc. to help families in need.  This scholarship will be awarded to three deserving students who in a Martha-like fashion care for and show compassion to others through acts of service.  Deadline to apply:  Application must be post-marked by May 7, 2012.  Please stop in the guidance area for a scholarship application.
  • A Philip Randolph Institute (APRI) Scholarship – The Trumbull County Chapter of A. Philip Randolph Institute will be awarding scholarships of at least $1,000 to Trumbull County High School students.  An essay of not more than 600 words on “How Do You Think People in Today’s Society Are Being Judged and How Should We Change Those Perceptions?” along with the application, student’s bio and photo, and a statement indicating what their future plans will be.  Please stop in the guidance area for an application.  Deadline:  Applications and essays must be post-marked by Wednesday, May 9, 2012

    Sigma Phi Epsilon - The Balanced Man Scholarship - The nation's largest fraternity is offering multiple Balanced Man Scholarships totalling over $14,000 to outstanding freshmen males attending one of the following universities:  The Ohio State University, The University of Cincinnati, Bowling Green State University, The University of Toledo and University of Miami.  To qualify, students must be enrolled as a full-time student at the main campus at one of these universities for the 2012-13 school year and must apply online at www.sigepbms.com by the following deadlines:  July 1, 2012 for The Ohio State University, University of Cincinnati, Bowling Green State University, and University of Toledo; and September 23, 2012 for Miami University.
