YSU English Festival: If you are interested in being a part of the English Festival, stop by Mrs. Helmick’s room this week for an information packet. If you decide to go, your registration fee is due by Thursday, October 24th!

The Cross Country banquet will be taking place on October 30, 2019 @ 6 PM @ Roby Lee’s. You can pick up or purchase  tickets in the Athletic Office. Athletes are FREE and guests are $15.

Any student who is interested in participating in the Voice of Democracy Patriotic Audio Essay Competition can stop by the Counselors’ office for more information. The deadline to submit the essay is October 31, 2019.

 

Viking Volunteers: if you would like to be a part of Viking Volunteers, please stop by the Counselors’ office for an application. All applications are due TODAY (October 18, 2019).

Contest: stop by the Counselors’ Office lobby to pick up a contest paper. The theme is “What Does It Mean To Be A Vikikng? Contest papers are due next Friday, October 25th.

**Freshmen: Señora Fee has 2 extra shirts in size LARGE. Please see her ASAP if you would like to purchase one. Also, if you did not order a shirt, please wear GRAY on Friday!

All previous FEES must be paid (or on a payment plan) by TODAY to be able to go to Homecoming.  You must also have your FINAL FORMS updated.

Seniors: Shot Records must be updated by TODAY!

Olympic Committee Meeting: today during lunch.

Homecoming court will practice during FLEX today. Please report to room 923 immediately after lunch. Student council members who are assisting need to report also.

 

 

Student Council Members: Meet in the cafeteria at 8AM on Saturday to decorate. Breakfast will be provided. Please bring a dozen cookies. See Mrs. Paster with any questions!

 

Reminder: TODAY all classes will be decorating their hallways. Check with your advisors on the decorating times.

Seniors: Your hallway decorating hours are from 6:30-11:30. You are NOT allowed into the building earlier than 6:30. When you enter, please check in with Ms. Nogales. Any SENIOR who is not helping with the decorating will be asked to leave.
